“IN A WORLD
WHERE YOU CAN BE ANYTHING,
BE IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE.”

Bio

I never thought I'd end up in oil and gas tech, but here we are.

I grew up in Orlando—the hospitality capital of the world—so jumping into live events felt like a natural fit after college. I started my career at AFR Furniture Rental, the go-to national rental company for events, conferences, and trade shows. I kicked things off at the Atlanta location in 2013 and 3 years later, took a promotion to open their brand-new office in Houston without ever having stepped foot in Texas. Literally this was my first rodeo.

Building that office felt like launching a small business. I found our clients, built relationships from the ground up, and became the fastest account executive in company history to hit $1M in rental sales. From there, I started managing major national projects—Super Bowl, the PGA Tour, Formula One, and some of the biggest music festivals across the country. For me, wasn't just about furniture; it was about designing experiences, solving logistical puzzles (17 installs in 6 days? No problem.), and making sure every event came together flawlessly.

After nearly a decade in the industry, I started craving something bigger. I'd been working alongside meeting planners for years, often stepping in to do more than just my job—helping with timelines, vendors, and event logistics beyond rentals. Eventually, I had a realization: Why am I supporting their work when I know I could be running the show?

Enter Digital Wildcatters—a fast-moving oil and gas community-turned-tech company. At first, I came in to lead events, producing off 1000+ person conferences, pitch competitions, and sponsorship activations. But as I worked closely with leadership, naturally, I saw an opportunity to do more. As our company evolved into a full-fledged AI tech platform, I stepped into the Chief of Staff role, (officially) becoming the glue that holds everything together.

Now, I get to do what I love and what I'm great at—keeping teams aligned, managing special projects, running HR and recruiting, supporting our CEO, and tackling whatever challenge gets thrown my way. Some days, it's events. Other days, it's building company culture, leading process improvements, or driving strategic initiatives. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how I like it.

At the core of it all, my role is about making things easier for others so they can do their best work. That's where I thrive—helping the team stay focused, solving problems before they arise, and making sure our company keeps moving forward.

I may not have planned this path, but looking back, it's clear—I was always meant to be here.

What makes me a great CoS:

My superpower is being the “glue person” for teams—connecting people, keeping everyone focused, and driving everyone towards common goals.

I'm cautiously optimistic, which allows me to strike the perfect balance between keeping positive vibes high and planning for potential roadblocks along the way.

My obsessive attention to detail and an unhealthy love for to-do lists makes me a go-to person for strategic projects.
